How do I log in?

You'll need a WaniKani API token. Go to your WaniKani settings, generate a new token with all permissions, and paste it into the app.

Is this app official?

No, Kakehashi is an unofficial third-party app. It is not affiliated with WaniKani or Tofugu LLC.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your API token is stored securely on your device and is only used to communicate with WaniKani's official API. We don't have servers and don't collect any of your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

The app isn't syncing my reviews

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try logging out and logging back in to refresh your API token.
